Welcome to Fortner Plumbing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FortnerPlumbing.net and the plumbing services provided by Fortner Plumbing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Fortner Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to:

  • Plumbing repairs

  • Drain cleaning

  • Water heater services

  • Fixture installation and repair

  • Sewer and water line services

  • Emergency plumbing services

  • Commercial plumbing services

  • Preventative maintenance

  • Other plumbing-related services

Service availability may vary by location and scheduling.

Estimates

All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.

Some repairs may require additional work that cannot be identified until work has begun. If additional repairs become necessary, we will discuss available options before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Estimates do not guarantee final pricing when unforeseen conditions exist.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.

Arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Emergency calls

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Material availability

  • Previous jobs requiring additional time

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of delays.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information.

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Inform us of known plumbing issues or hazards.

  • Inform us of any methods attempted before our arrival that might impact technician safety. (i.e. Using Drano® or other chemicals in the plumbing system)

  • Secure pets during service appointments.

  • Maintain a safe working environment for technicians.

Fortner Plumbing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

We accept approved payment methods available at the time of service.

​

Past-due balances may be subject to additional collection efforts as permitted by law.

Cancellations

Customers should notify us as soon as possible if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.

​

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in scheduling restrictions or service fees where permitted.

Drain Cleaning Disclaimer

Drain cleaning removes existing blockages but cannot guarantee that drains will remain free-flowing.

​

Future clogs may occur due to:

  • Grease buildup

  • Tree roots

  • Pipe damage

  • Settling

  • Foreign objects

  • Product misuse

  • Normal wear

​

Unless specifically stated in writing, drain cleaning does not include video inspection, pipe repair, or replacement.

Limited Warranty

Any workmanship warranty applies only to labor performed by Fortner Plumbing and only for the warranty period stated on your invoice or service agreement.

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Existing plumbing defects

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Frozen pipes

  • Misuse

  • Abuse

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Acts of nature

  • Problems unrelated to our work

  • Clogs caused after service is completed

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortner Plumbing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
